We have been training dogs in Westchester and Putnam Counties, New York City and Connecticut for over 20 years and have seen it all (yes, even that). Our experience ensures that you get the best dog training results for you and your family.
We promise – there’s hope. Here at Westchester K-9 dog training we provide:
- The right care
- The right training
- The right results
See what some of our clients say about us:
Our puppy went for 3 weeks and we were very happy with the results. She could sit, stay, leave it (drop things), no longer would puppy bite or jump on people and would stay in her special bed if you said “in your place.” It was money well spent, I would recommend K-9 as it works. I also liked how they are in a group and get to socialize which is important for puppies but also as a mom, I liked to knowing she was having fun too. So as much as you feel bad sending your puppy away or the cost, it is well worth it with K-9!

Stacy is fantastic!! As a first time dog owning family, we had a lot to learn. Her board and train and her regular dog training lessons were both invaluable to us. And our now 1 year old goldendoodle is the best behaved dog and so much fun. We could not have done it without her help!

Why Westchester K-9 Training Makes Summer Better
Summer brings bigger crowds, more dogs, and more distractions—which can be overwhelming for untrained pups. A dog that pulls, jumps, or barks excessively can make an otherwise perfect day stressful. Westchester K-9 serves Westchester, Putnam, Bronx, NYC, and parts of Connecticut, helping dogs become calm, confident, and obedient in any situation.
They offer:
- Puppy Training – Start your pup on the right path before bad habits form.
- Board and Train – Immersive, accelerated learning for busy owners.
- Obedience & Manners – Perfect for dogs that need better leash skills and listening skills.
- Behavior Modification – For issues like reactivity, separation anxiety, and fear-based behaviors.
Make the Most of Summer With Your Dog
Picture this: a sunset walk along the Hudson, your dog happily trotting beside you… an outdoor brunch with friends, your pup calmly lying at your feet… a trip to the dog park where your dog plays politely and comes back when called. That’s the Westchester K-9 difference.
Call Westchester K-9 today to get started and turn this summer into the most fun, stress-free season yet for you and your dog.
